Robert Mattler​

      Prior to founding GPS, Robert was Principle at Protec Inc, an owner-operated commercial property tax consulting firm. He also founded and managed a commercial real estate law firm, Robert Mattler & Associates, for almost 30 years.  Robert has been an integral part of the growth and success of Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) in Michigan, ever since its passage by Governor Jennifer Granholm back in late 2010. 

    Robert graduated from Michigan State University (MSU) with honors, received his JD from Detroit College of Law (now MSU Law School) and an LLM from Wayne State University.  Robert has also been certified as a LEED AP, BD&C from the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI).
