      Samaritan Center  Detroit

         Renovation of prior hospital from the '80's.  Multiple use community center serving the East side of Detroit.  The building houses over 85 different tenants, including a  senior care living center and 1 floor devoted to a live-in psychiatric center.   C-PACE financing covered upgraded chillers,  lighting, elevator modernization and other repairs.

  New development project including many high energy efficiency infrastructure and renewable energy installations. C-PACE

saved on overall cost of capital and added competitive advantage  

        Beltline Center, Detroit 

         Located on the site of                Detroit’s future Beltline                Greenway, the green roof            project at this Albert Kahn            building will make for an excellent addition to the Belt Line Center’s growing community of artisans and creative entrepreneurs.  In addition to the 16,800 sq. ft. vegetated green roof, the project’s rain garden will provide infiltration of any stormwater runoff that is not captured by the green roof.

Schoolhouse Lofts, Plymouth Twp.

   Developers completed alternate use of a former Plymouth grade school into 24 modern apartments.

The project, in compliance with MI Historic District Commission rules, upgraded all windows with the same architectural look as the original windows.  C-PACE helped finance the additional cost of these expensive windows on the project.
